Digiday WorkLife Awards

Creative agency Carmichael Lynch won awards for Most Innovative Culture and Most Committed to Diversity and Inclusion in this year’s Digiday WorkLife Awards, which honors the media and marketing world’s best work environments as well as the values and cultural initiatives that make them unique.

“We are excited to recognize the winners of our newest awards program, the Digiday WorkLife Awards,” says Digiday Media CEO Nick Friese. “Improving and changing workplace culture for every employee is of the utmost importance today and is always challenging, and these companies are showing how to do it in new and innovative ways.”

“We are an agency of people and ideas, so a diverse, innovative and inspiring culture is imperative to our success,” said Carmichael Lynch CEO, Marcus Fischer. “Our culture not only helps recruit and retain talent, but it fosters collaboration and great work. We are thrilled to have our culture and diversity and inclusion efforts honored with the Digiday WorkLife Awards and we will continue to push and progress.”
